A. Not at all. This programme is designed for real-world STR professionals, not programmers. You'll learn everything step by step, and we use Claude as the primary AI tool — which is designed to be conversational and approachable. If you can write an email, you can use Claude.

Q. I manage my properties on my own. Is this really for me?

A. Yes — and you're exactly who the Cohort 2 programme was redesigned for. Independent hosts often get the most immediate value because the time savings show up directly in your own week. Every exercise has a solo operator pathway, and the Business Brain framework is particularly powerful when you're the only person who holds all the knowledge about your business.

Q. Which AI tool does the programme use?

A. Claude (by Anthropic) is the primary tool taught throughout the programme. All demonstrations, workshops, and the Business Brain activation use Claude. The principles are platform-agnostic, and companion guides for Gemini (Google) and Copilot (Microsoft) are provided for those using those platforms.

Q. How much time does it take each week?

A. The Core content is designed to take no more than 90 minutes per week, plus the live workshop session. Each week also has optional Go Deeper content for those who want to go further. You won't be overwhelmed — that was a key lesson from Cohort 1 and a deliberate design decision for Cohort 2.

Q. Will I receive a certification?

A. Yes. You'll receive the official AI Ambassador Certification upon completion, verifying your expertise and your ability to lead AI adoption in an STR business.
